- Move a booking and a fresh reminder goes out for the new time.
- Every message is logged against the booking, so you can see when a client was reminded and how.
Text, email, or both
A text is hard to miss, which makes it a good reminder. It lands on the phone that is already in their pocket. Email works well too, and email reminders are free to send. If you would rather not pay for texts at all, remind every client by email and they still get a nudge before every visit.
Plenty of salons choose both, so the client has the details in their inbox and a short text closer to the time.

Squeezed someone in for first thing tomorrow? Open the booking, press More, and send a reminder there and then. The booking shows when the last reminder went and whether it was a text or an email.
