Privacy

SalonFlow is made and run by Hanoto Technology. This page covers this website and the enquiry form on it.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we receive your name, salon name, email address, phone number if you give it, the booking system you use now if you tell us, and your message.

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or advertising scripts.

What we do with it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to set up your account. We do not sell or share them with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to reply and follow up.

Salon clients

If you booked with a salon that uses SalonFlow, the salon is in charge of your booking details. Please contact the salon first; we help them answer any request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Send a message through the contact form and we will reply. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
